1. When Refunds Apply
Refunds are only issued for:
- Defective, damaged, or wrong-item orders, where a replacement isn't available or isn't what you'd prefer

Size or color exchanges are handled as an exchange, not a cash refund — we don't offer refunds for change-of-mind requests.

2. How Refunds Are Paid Out
Because most Joonkiree orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, we don't have a card or wallet on file to refund automatically. Here's how it works instead:
- Once your defective/damaged/wrong-item claim is approved and a replacement isn't possible, we'll ask for your bank account details or Fonepay number
- The refund is sent directly via bank transfer or Fonepay
- If your original order was paid through Fonepay Direct, we may be able to refund to the same wallet/account, depending on what's supported at the time

3. Processing Time
Once we've received and inspected the returned item (or confirmed the claim, for cases where no return is needed), refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

If there's ever a delay beyond this, we'll let you know directly rather than leave you wondering.

4. What's Not Refundable
- Size/color exchanges (these are handled as exchanges, not refunds)
- Original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error
- Change-of-mind requests
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale, if applicable
