- If you choose Cash on Delivery, we don't collect any payment information at all — you pay our delivery partner directly.
- If you pay via Fonepay, your payment is processed directly by Fonepay. We receive confirmation that payment was made, but we never see or store your card, wallet, or banking details. Fonepay's own privacy policy governs that part of the transaction.
If you tell us about your child:
Since many of our products are for babies and young children, you may choose to share a child's name, age, or size with us — for example, to help us recommend the right fit. This is entirely optional, and we only use it to serve your order better. We do not knowingly collect this information directly from children; it's shared with us by a parent or guardian.
Automatically, when you visit our site:
Like most websites, our storefront platform (Zalient Shop) automatically logs some technical information — your IP address, browser type, device type, and which pages you visit. This helps us keep the site running properly and spot issues.
If you sign up for updates:
If you opt in to WhatsApp, Messenger, email, or SMS updates from us, we'll store your contact details for that purpose until you ask us to stop.
